Scope of Applicability

• These terms apply to the 444bad website (444bad.lat) and any of its versions.
• These terms remain equally in effect when the platform is accessed through a mobile browser or app.
• Additional terms may apply when participating in any 444bad promotion, bonus or special offer.
• These terms may be changed at any time — see Section 13 for details.

Language and Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. If any clause is found to be legally inapplicable or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.

User Responsibilities

General Bonus Terms

• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are determined based on your activity. Cashback is added automatically every week.

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet or game has started, cancellation is generally not possible.
• If a result is affected by a technical error, 444bad reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the stake.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game software or system will not be considered valid.
• In sports betting, payouts are determined based on official results.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final — if there is any confusion on the screen display, the matter will be settled according to the game log.

Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (FIFA), kabaddi and various other sports.
• Odds may change for in-play or live betting — odds on confirmed bets do not change.
• If a match is abandoned, suspended or cancelled, separate rules regarding bet settlement will apply.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or inaccurate identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to bet or play games.
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fraudulently obtain funds by filing chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Attempting to hack or carry out cyber attacks with the intent to damage the platform.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide required KYC verification documents within the specified time.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• Signs of a security risk or potential fraud.
• At the user's own request (responsible gaming self-exclusion).

After Account Closure

• An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before permanent closure — this does not apply if the account is closed due to fraud.
• Contact the support team to appeal — every complaint will be reviewed fairly.
• If the owner of a closed account attempts to open a new account, that account will also be closed.
